Cancelation policy
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in written form and will be subjected to the following conditions:
Refund of the fees: a 30% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations before June 18, 2024. After June 18, 2024 no refund will be given. Name changes requested before June 18, 2024, 10 EUR will be charged, to be transferred to Latvijas Inovativas medicinas fonds. After June 18, 2024 no name changes will be accepted.
